At YoYo, it's not one specific thing that carries the experience. It's the whole. From breakfast to cocktails – YoYo is open all day

The place is open from morning to night, and you can feel the energy. Guests come by on Monday morning for coffee and a sourdough bun, and the same chair might be occupied by someone completely different at midnight, when cocktails and homemade shots are being served. It brings life. The day has its own rhythm, and the place follows suit, without losing its distinctive character.

Food is a natural part of it all. Tapas are served, warm sandwiches with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor, and in the morning a breakfast awaits that is as cozy as the rest of the place – with sourdough buns, eggs, yogurt and something good in a cup. Perfect for a chat with friends, a brunch with colleagues or just a leisurely start to the day.

Here it doesn't feel like you have to be there at certain times. It all flows together and it works surprisingly well.

YoYo has its own little oasis in the middle of Aarhus. The courtyard is one of those places you almost stumble upon. It is intimate, warm and full of life. Here, the fairy lights hang low above your heads, the tables are close together, and the atmosphere lies like a soft blanket between the walls. It is said to be Aarhus' oldest courtyard, and you quickly understand why it has become so popular. It doesn't feel like something that was built to impress, but like something that has simply been allowed to grow. People sit here for a long time, over coffee, over cocktails, over conversations that are in no hurry to end.

But what makes the biggest impression may not be the interior or the taste. It's the atmosphere. The way the staff greets you. Bartender Anton explains how it's about creating relationships and not just serving.
