Vig Festival is a world of music, community and joy

Welcome to Vig Festival – Denmark's friendliest family festival! Here there is a party, music and lots of laughs for everyone, both young and old. Every year, the small town of Vig is transformed into a magical place where the music flows and the community flourishes.

At Vig Festival, there is a wonderful mix of music from different genres, so whether you are into rock, pop, electronic music or something else entirely, there is something for you. From the crisp tones on the main stage to the more intimate concerts in the smaller areas, you can dance, sing along and let the music take you on a very special journey.

But Vig Festival is more than just music. It's quite an experience! Here there is room for the children, where they can jump and play in the large children's land, while mum and dad rock out to their favorite band. You can also sniff around the small stalls and find fun souvenirs or enjoy delicious festival food that will make your taste buds dance.

The very best thing about Vig Festival is the amazing people who make it all possible. Over 2.700 passionate volunteers work hard to create the perfect festival atmosphere and ensure you have the best experience. Their smiling faces and joy rub off on us all and make Vig Festival a place where warmth and good memories are paramount.

The festival is in 2024 from 10 – 13 July

Eateries

Around the festival, there are countless eateries for every taste.

Parking

Parking is available at Vig Parkvej. It costs DKK 50 per car for parking, and this fee allows unlimited entry and exit of the car park throughout the festival. 

During the festival, efforts will be made to provide sufficient parking for everyone. However, it is recommended that you leave the car at home. It is important that guests park in the specifically designated areas and follow the instructions given by the friendly parking attendants.

Please note that parking is not permitted on Ravnsbjergvej, Holbækvej and in the side streets in Vig by.

Public transport

Vig Festival offers a festival bus service. The bus connects Ellinge Lyng and Vig and runs in a continuous circular route, and there is no fixed timetable.

Tickets for the bus can be purchased through Ticketmaster. It is a requirement that all persons over the age of 12 buy a ticket in order to use the bus. However, children under 12 can travel for free, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

When buying a ticket, it must be exchanged for a special bus wristband. This can be done with the regular wristband delivery. Remember that all passengers must be able to present a valid bus wristband when boarding the bus.
