As summer draws to a close, new adventures await. Since 2007, Halloween in Freedom has been a firm tradition, where the park is transformed into a spooky universe. During the day, the thrills are adapted for the youngest, but when darkness falls, the experience becomes more nerve-wracking. Later in the year, the lights are turned on for Christmas in Freedom, which is a magical holistic experience from mid-November. Here you can warm yourself with rice porridge and mulled wine, taste the city's best roast pork sandwich and explore stalls with handmade Christmas decorations. It doesn't require much, but you need to pay attention to a few details
- Get your ticket in time: You can't just show your season ticket to the driver. You have to pick up a free ticket in the Rejsebillet appThe ticket is typically available a few days before the concert.
- Remember the time: Valid from 5:00 PM to 11:59 PM on the day.
- Only the yellow buses: The offer applies to all city buses in Aarhus. The light rail, regional buses and trains are not part of the scheme.
- Take the kids with you: As an adult, you can take two children under 12 years of age with you for free, without them needing their own bus ticket.
