After a short break from the spotlight – and a 2024 where they really proved that they are one of the country's strongest live bands – Søn is now ready with new material and new concert dates. On March 5, 2026, they will play at TRAIN in Aarhus as part of their biggest tour to date.
Since their debut at SPOT Festival in 2019, Søn has built a reputation as one of the most original and captivating names on the Danish music scene. Their concerts have been called everything from “wild roller coasters” to “poetic punch” – and it is precisely this combination that makes an evening with Søn something special: A meeting between the vulnerable and the unpredictable. The beautiful and the quirky.
The new single Pissoir is the first taste of the band's upcoming album – a melancholic and mysterious club ballad with blue lips, candyfloss scars and pumping background music. It has already become the Unmissable Track of the Week on P3, and Soundvenue calls it a top track.
Søn also has the album Solstorm (2023), the experimental EP Solpletter (2024) and live classics like Ægte Kærlighed, which blows even harder live. And it is precisely live that Søn truly captivates – with energy, poetry and unpredictable nerve.
