Settle in under the stars and get ready for the cult classic The Big Lebowski when Open Air in the Botanical Garden continues with an evening full of absurd performances, existential crises and bowling alleys.
Jeff Lebowski – better known as “The Dude” – lives a quiet life of White Russians and bowling, but everything changes when he is mistaken for a wealthy namesake and suddenly becomes embroiled in a bizarre kidnapping drama. With legendary dry humor and a crazy cast of characters, the Coen brothers take us on an unforgettable and deeply strange adventure.
All you have to do is bring a blanket and good company – nature, the screen and the atmosphere will take care of the rest.
Tip: Arrive early and find a good spot – and remember popcorn and maybe a raincoat if the weather is bad.
