After a tour filled with sold-out concerts, rave reviews and a debut album that has left a deep mark, Østen returns to TRAIN in Aarhus on Friday, February 6, 2026. This time with bigger arm movements, an even stronger live band and an audience that grows in step with the music.
With the album Daylight from 2024, Østen cemented his place as one of the country's most moving and original new voices. With songs about rootlessness, depression, love and light in the darkness, he hits both the head and the heart - and live it is all lifted up with grand arrangements, warm stories and an intense presence.
GAFFA finally gave it six stars, calling Østen's performance at TRAIN "a musical playground" and praising his development as both a singer and performer. Now he's back - more confident, more put-together and hungrier than ever.
The single Regn has reached 3,5 million streams, and with nominations for the Carl Prize for both Song of the Year and Talent of the Year, it is clear: Østen is no longer just a name in the underground – he is well on his way to becoming a national musical benchmark.
