The journey to success:
From childhood, when he heard about the legendary Danish World Cup silver in 1967, to his own career, which was interrupted by injuries, Nikolaj Jacobsen has had a long journey. But as a coach he has triumphed. With three WC gold medals, an Olympic silver medal and most recently EC silver in 2024, he has written himself into the history books as one of the most successful in Danish and international handball.
Worlds best:
Gain insight into the human strategies that Jacobsen uses to motivate his players to perform at their absolute highest level. Through entertaining anecdotes, Jacobsen will share his experiences and explain how he has repeatedly challenged the established in order to find new and better ways to success.
