While we knit - Entertain talk in Hermans

Are you ready for an afternoon where the stitches are loose and the laughter is even looser? On April 12, the popular talk show “Mens vi strikker” will visit Aarhus, and they will bring their entire knitting universe to the stage. You can look forward to meeting the three actors and friends Trine Gadeberg, Ditte Hansen and Christiane Gjellerup Koch for a live experience that celebrates both creative craftsmanship and good conversations.

This is not a traditional lecture, but a lively and improvised conversation, just like you know it from their popular podcast. Here, no topic is too small or too big to be turned over while the needles glow. It is a unique chance for those of you who love knitting to become part of a large, warm community, where we share the joy of yarn and the presence that only knitting can create.

A community of masks and good stories

During the afternoon, the three ladies will share their own knitting experiences, failures and great passions. You are of course more than welcome to bring your own knitting – in fact, it is almost a requirement! Whether you are a beginner or an expert in complicated patterns, you will feel at home in this informal space, where coziness is paramount, and where we celebrate the culture of knitting together.

It will be an afternoon filled with personal anecdotes, sharp observations and plenty of inspiration for your next project. Get ready to let your masks fall in the beautiful setting of Aarhus when Trine, Ditte and Christiane invite you up close.

Program for the afternoon

1:00 PM: Doors open. Come find your seat, unpack your knitting, and enjoy the atmosphere.
2:00 PM: The show “While We Knit” starts.
4:00 PM: Thank you for today – we hope you go home with new masks and a smile on your face.
