Are you dreaming of a taste journey to Italy with a view of Aarhus? Salling Rooftop invites you to a series of exclusive evenings with social dining, where you can enjoy a complete 4-course menu put together by our talented chef from “Støvlelandet”.
It's the perfect opportunity to take a friend or your partner for a cozy evening where the food, wine and unique atmosphere take center stage.
Your evening starts with a refreshing Aperol as a welcome drink. After that, you will be treated to four classic courses:
- Bruschetta: Salmon with grilled palm cabbage, ricotta and pickled sea buckthorn.
- Vitello Tonnato: Roasted veal fillet with classic tuna sauce and freshly baked bread.
- Italian charcuterie: Delicious sausages, selected cheeses and homemade pesto.
- Tiramisu: Homemade dessert served with a glass of ice-cold limoncello.
A glass of Italian red wine is also included with the meal.
