HUSH acoustic church concert in St. Luke's Church
After an extensive tour with a big band and a critically acclaimed album, HUSH is turning things down a notch and returning to where they started. On October 24th, you can experience the duo in an intimate and acoustic concert in the beautiful and atmospheric space of St. Luke's Church.
Dorthe Gerlach and Michael Hartmann have left a clear mark on the Danish music scene with their warm and present country pop for 20 years. Now they are going on a special church tour – just the two of them, their instruments and the songs they were born with.
The church room creates a special calm and immersion, which is perfect for HUSH's music. Here you can really feel the nuances in Dorthe's voice and the honest nerve in the songs. It becomes an experience where silence is allowed to live side by side with the music.
The concert in St. Luke's Church will be one of the last planned before the duo goes back into writing and reflection mode. A rare chance to get up close and personal with the songs, stories and musical bond between the two artists.
