Are you ready for an evening of luxury, where the golden drops of pearl compete with the city lights? On March 27, Aros Cruises invites you to a very special Champagne Tasting aboard M/S Helene. It's the perfect opportunity for you to take your friends or your partner on a maritime journey, where pleasure and knowledge go hand in hand, as we sail into the budding spring.
Tonight's guide in the noble bubbles is Louise Søborg from Champagne Stories. With her great expertise and infectious love of storytelling, she will guide you through a selection of five wonderful champagnes. You will get both pleasant anecdotes, sharp champagne tips and a deeper understanding of what makes the individual bottles unique. It is informal, cozy and extremely tasty.
A complete sensory experience with sailing and tapas
We have ensured that the tasting experience is top-notch by pairing the selected champagnes with five types of tapas that are carefully matched to the nuances of the bubbles.
The evening is divided so you get the most out of the experience:
- 3-hour sailing: We enjoy the champagne and the good stories as we glide through the Port of Aarhus and out into the bay.
- 1 hour at the dock: When we arrive ashore, we stay on the boat for an extra hour. This is time to ask Louise more questions, enjoy the atmosphere, or buy an extra glass of your favorite.
It is a unique opportunity to experience Aarhus from the water in a setting that oozes vitality and spring feelings.
Practical information
- Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sailing 6-9 PM, then one hour at the quay). Please arrive 10 minutes before departure.
- Price: DKK 495 (Includes 3 hours of sailing, 1 hour at the quay, 5 champagnes and 5 x tapas).
- Parking: Parking is available at Navitas, Dokk1 or Europaplads.
