The Christmas atmosphere gets an extra touch of magic when the Helsingør Theater in Den Gamle By is filled with thousands of candles and the sounds of some of the most beloved Christmas carols.
Admeta String Quartet interprets both classic works such as A rose as I saw it fly, O Holy Night and Deilig er jorden – and modern favorites such as Last Christmas and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. Together with Danish Christmas classics such as Julen har bryg velsjenget bud and Et barn er bødt i Bethlehem, a concert is created that touches both the heart and Christmas joy.
In the intimate and historic setting, it will be an experience where the voices and moods of Christmas are brought to life. The light, the music and the atmosphere of the theatre merge to give you an evening where you can relax and feel the peace in the middle of December.
