BEAT in the Music Hall

Are you ready for a musical experience that breaks all boundaries? On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, you can experience the supergroup BEAT in the Great Hall of the Music Hall. It's not just a concert; it's a creative reinterpretation of the three iconic 80s albums from King Crimson: Discipline, Beat and Three Of A Perfect Pair.

The line-up for this evening is nothing short of staggering. You'll find former King Crimson members Adrian Belew and Tony Levin on stage, and as if that weren't enough, they'll be joined by guitar virtuoso Steve Vai and explosive Tool drummer Danny Carey. It's a collection of musicians who have each changed the course of rock history, and who are now coming together to bring King Crimson's complex and fierce universe back to life.

Timeless music and musical excess

The project is born out of a deep respect for the groundbreaking albums from 1981 to 1984. Adrian Belew describes the task as “monumental”, and Tony Levin is looking forward to having his “musical butt kicked” by the star-studded team. For fans who experienced that period, it’s a cherished re-hearing, and for those who never got to see King Crimson live, it’s a unique chance to feel the energy and complexity of the music.

It will be an evening where technical brilliance meets raw power. For the most dedicated fans, there is even the option to upgrade the experience with VIP packages that include everything from meet & greets and photos with the stars to exclusive merchandise. Don’t miss the chance to see these “Road Dogs” perform in Aarhus.
