Det Glade Vanvid is built around one simple but successful concept: A fixed, seasonal menu served to all guests at the same time – with drinks ad libitum included in the price. There is no menu card, no extra charges and no worries. Just an evening where you can sit back and enjoy it all.

The atmosphere is relaxed and festive at the same time. Whether you are here with colleagues, friends, family or as part of a larger group, you will quickly become part of the warm energy that spreads throughout the room.

The food that brings the table together

The menu changes approximately every two months and is put together with a focus on the best seasonal ingredients. You can expect creative servings with edge and balance – both visually and in terms of taste. The kitchen plays with textures, contrasts and surprising elements, without being too experimental.

It could be a creamy mousse with tangy sorbet. A crispy fish dish with mild herbs. Or a tender main course in a cloud sauce that makes the whole table pause in anticipation before the first bite.
